Wednesday evening, May 12th, at 7:00 PM, Zone Music is hosting a free performance workshop for musicians and music lovers:  “Got Groove?” features guitarist Gary Vogensen, and rhythm section Ben Burliegh on bass and Aaron Haggerty on drums.

This is part of Zone’s Wednesday Night Live series – in which pro working musicians share tools & tricks of the trade with North Bay Area musicians.

However, this particular evening has just been lit on fire and turned into an absolute SUPERSESSION by the addition of two stellar players:  electric guitarist Randy Quan (who has performed with so many top groups including Booker T.), and, Tim Haggerty on keyboards – Tim is a smoking keyboard player, arranger, and performer – and is savant drummer Aaron Haggerty’s father!

These guys will pull back the curtain and provide musicians with the techniques that pro musicians use to get a groove on! And for those of you who would enjoy hearing the North Bay’s top musicians in a friendly no-barriers environment, this event is free, and it’s an early evening too – 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

So, don’t miss this evening!  Even if you are a solo performer wanting to add that deep groove to your playing, this evening will turn you on!

See you there!

Frank
